Look! Its me pretending to to be a model for cucuco's new line! Man, I had such a hard time with the self-timer, focusing, using a bookshelf and chairs as a tripod and sweating buckets in the furnace that is the Onyx House. While I understand how taking photos of yourself is definitely a good way to practice, especially when the light is gorgeous and there's no one else around to take photos of, I don't think I'll ever be that great at taking pictures of myself. Its way too embarrassing! But you should go check out Rachel's blog and all the more talented blogger/models!

Well, its almost wedding weekend!! I love weddings! I know, you all think that we girls are just obsessed with weddings. Weddings, of course celebrate love, but to me are also a little glimpse into what heaven and all eternity will be like. I really believe its going to be a big party where we'll get to hang out with all the people we love and haven't seen for awhile. A huge reunion and a grand ol' celebration of God's love! I, for one, cannot wait! So, till then, I'm going to enjoy weddings here and hang on to the hope we have for everything to come!

I've been so bad about updating this blog! Many apologies. I've been taking a much needed break from photos lately so not much to talk about. Though, I'm working on photos for church publications for my internship, so here's a sneak peak and one of the options..

Summer wildflowers here are absolutely gorgeous in the sunset.

Another thing I worked in this summer were posters for High School Camp's New York Night! These were "Time Square Ads" with pictures of the counselors instead. This was a ton of work but SO much fun to watch my friends realize that they were the ones in the posters..
